2. Refund Eligibility

You have the right to request a refund for your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. The refund period begins on the day after you complete your purchase.

2.1 Unused Credits

If you have not used any of your purchased credits:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 14 days: Refunds evaluated on a case-by-case basis

2.2 Partially Used Credits

If you have used some of your purchased credits:

  • Within 14 days: Partial refund for unused credits may be available
  • After 14 days: Generally non-refundable, but contact us for exceptional circumstances

2.3 Fully Used Credits

If all credits have been used (PDF files downloaded):

  • Refunds are generally not available for used credits
  • If you experienced a technical issue or service problem, please contact us within 7 days

3. How to Request a Refund

    • Order number or transaction ID (from Paddle receipt)
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

  • Any remaining credits in your account will be removed upon refund
